Bobby 16-140 entered foster care about a year ago. He came from a loving family that couldn't afford a costly surgery he needed to give him relief from constant, horrible ear infections. RAGOM took him in and sent him to a specialist to perform the procedure. Unfortunately, Bobby's infections had been so often and so severe that he has also developed abscesses on both sides of his face. He went through another surgery to get those cleared up, and while one side quickly healed, the other continued to give him trouble, getting re-infected every few weeks. After seeing another specialist and having a CT scan done to see if they could locate the source of the infection, he had yet another surgery. Now, after three surgeries, lots of medications, countless vet visits, and a ton of love, he seems to finally be on the road to health, and may soon be ready for his very own forever family! 

Bobby's story is a perfect example of what RAGOM does. Some other rescues might have looked at the potential cost of Bobby's care, and turned him away, but because RAGOM has such wonderful supporters and donors, we are able to help dogs like Bobby recover and get to the fun part -  Living the Golden Life with their perfect forever family!
